I had some lemons so I made this yesterday. I put 4 teaspoons of cornstarch but it didn't seem to be enough. I mixed it for a really long time and It wasn't thickening up so I added some more corn starch. It was pretty good in the end and everyone liked it. I topped it with some whipped cream.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32011247.post-76976050412965833822009-06-14T20:42:58.638-07:002009-06-14T20:42:58.638-07:00Do you use 4 teaspoons of cornstarch or is it tabl...Do you use 4 teaspoons of cornstarch or is it tablespoons??? Their name is Mio Fiore (sort of 'my flower' in Italy), their description is 'Galletitas pare el te' (which sounds Spanish to me), but they are made in Turkey! Does Mio Fiore ring a bell for you? I have not yet tasted the cookies: I will have to report on them later, but I am wondering whether they could be used to make you Limonlu Pelte.Simona Carinihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10621645217450504400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32011247.post-9486646176946780422007-07-02T03:45:00.000-07:002007-07-02T03:45:00.000-07:00Sounds tasty & a must try. If you want to use two packs of PB, the layers would be really thin, yet if you use just one pack, then you can be generous with the layers.

Hi Trinigourmet, I hope you'll like it.Burcuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03291775178560434313noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32011247.post-19988938239322910672007-06-27T16:48:00.000-07:002007-06-27T16:48:00.000-07:00sounds utterly delightful :) have bookmarked to tr...sounds utterly delightful :) have bookmarked to try :DAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32011247.post-70712658879264643702007-06-27T11:30:00.000-07:002007-06-27T11:30:00.000-07:00I love the photo!
